Shipping from United States
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship in 3-5 business days, many times it is much earlier. During Christmas my shipping times do get longer due to so many orders.
Please send me a note if you have any questions or concerns about these shipping times. I can try to work with you if special attention is needed.
All shipments are sent to the address listed during checkout. Please make certain the address is correct at time of checkout. If you are sending as a gift to someone please select gift option at checkout, that will remove all costs from the packing slip. I can also include a special note with your gift, just state in notes at checkout what you would like your message to say.
If you want to upgrade shipping to a faster service, or add insurance on your package you can do so at time of checkout, the costs will be listed for you to see. If you have any questions just send me a message and I will try to help.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - I strongly suggest adding insurance on any International shipping orders. Some orders depending on the country they are going to can take from 2-8 weeks to deliver.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and tracking information is available for each shipment. First Class Mail usually delivers within the U.S. in 2-5 business days.
Priority Mail and Express Mail is available for an additional charge, please select this method at checkout if you have questions just send me a note.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail unless you notify me otherwise.
International and tracking information is not available once your package leaves the US. There is no tracking or delivery confirmations unless you purchase additional insurance.
If you wish to have tracking or insurance please send me a message prior to your purchase and I can let you know what the additional costs will be.
I apologize but I cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered international shipments. International orders or not considered late util they have been in transit for 45 days. Some countries can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for delivery. I have no control over this.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
It is important to me that your are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item I will be happy to honor that request less shipping costs.
Please contact me within 7 days after delivery to make arrangements for return or exchange. Returned item must be in original condition, unused and unworn with packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom orders are non-refundable or returnable. Custom orders do not ship out until you give final approval of the design.
Orders that have been customized per buyers request are non-refundable or returnable unless due an error on my part or poor workmanship. I stand behind my work 100%.

**Care for tassels**
The tassel Mala's are best stored hanging, hanging lets the silk relax into place.
If you tassel becomes a little unruly you can slightly wet your fingers and run them down the tassel, then run a wide tooth comb through the tassel very gently. After you have straightened it out let it hang to dry or lay it flat to dry. This should make it like new again.
